Order validation
Once the order has been validated, the customer receives a confirmation message at the email address provided. This message contains the order number, which must be quoted for each exchange.
The order only becomes definitive once payment has been received.
Nature of works sold
All abstract paintings for sale on the website are offered by painter Chambaud Anthony, registered with the Maison des Artistes under number CB51610.
This status entitles companies to a tax deduction. The acquisition of a work of art does not give the purchaser any right of representation, distribution or reproduction. Only the artist Chambaud Anthony retains the right to his creation. Any use of the visuals of the works will be subject to a request for authorization.
Order one or more paintings
To order one or more paintings, go to the page of the painting you wish to purchase, and click on the “Add to cart” button on the right. To finalize your purchase, click on the top right-hand corner, the shopping cart section. Then simply click on “Order” to start the ordering process.

Payment security
All credit card transactions are carried out via Stripe, offering a totally secure payment system. the page where you enter your bank details is encrypted (SSL technology, Secure Socket Layer). Your bank details cannot be intercepted. Your bank details (card number, expiry date and cryptogram) are not communicated to Chambaud Anthony Abstrait.
Shipment delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated within 7 working days. Delivery costs will be indicated at the end of your order process.
Return policy
In accordance with article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 15-day cooling-off period. During this period you may return the works to us (return postage will be at your expense). Refunds will be made within 15 days of receipt of the works.
Liability and warranty
This contract is governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
